Quality control from sample to bulk

For importers and brands who care more about consistency than a one-off “good sample”.

Most disputes in brush OEM are not about a single beautiful sample. They appear when bulk feels softer, sheds more, or shows looser ferrules or uneven logos. A clear path from sample approval to bulk reduces that gap.

1. Lock the reference

Approve a production-intent sample in writing (email is enough). Keep that piece—or a sealed duplicate—as the reference for colour, logo size, fibre feel and assembly. Tier choice (Standard / Plus / Premium) should be fixed at this stage so bulk materials match what you signed off.

2. What factories typically check

Tell us which points matter most for your market so inspection focus can match.

3. Third-party inspection

Pre-shipment or during-production inspection can be arranged with your preferred agency against an agreed checklist. Visits are by appointment.

4. Practical buyer checklist
