What is your MOQ?
Standard MOQ is 1,000 units per style for single brushes and beauty sponges, and 1,000 sets for brush kits. Selected stock styles may allow smaller trial runs — ask when you inquire.
How long does sampling take?
Typical sampling is about 7–12 days after specifications and artwork are confirmed. Courier time is extra.
Can you develop a unique brush shape?
Yes. We support engineering and mould making for special shapes when a brand needs differentiation beyond logo and colour on a standard form.
What bristle options do you offer?
Synthetic fibres (including vegan-oriented options) and natural hair such as wool, pony and goat for powder and many colour products, subject to availability and market rules. Foundation brushes are made with synthetic fibres only — natural hair is not suitable for liquid or cream foundation.
How do you control bristle shedding and loose ferrules?
We use multi-stage assembly and curing, with retention and crimping checks. Tell us your market’s expectations so we can align inspection focus.
What are typical payment terms?
Many first orders use 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T. Terms can be reviewed for ongoing cooperation.
Which Incoterms do you support?
FOB from China ports is common. CIF and DDP can be arranged depending on destination and cargo.
Do you welcome factory audits?
Yes. Buyer visits and third-party inspections can be scheduled by appointment at our Dongguan production address.
Can you help with private-label packaging?
Yes — boxes, pouches, set packaging and logo application methods (screen, hot stamp, laser, etc.) as suited to the handle material.
Which markets do you mainly serve?
We regularly work with customers focused on the United States, Australia and Latin America, and we export more broadly when requirements are clear.
