Shipping and trade terms for brush importers

How we usually quote

Standard commercial quotes are EXW USD after quantity, materials (tier) and packaging are fixed. Under EXW, you (or your forwarder) arrange main carriage from the agreed pickup point. CIF, CFR or other terms can be discussed when you need a door-to-port estimate.

Lead time vs transit time

• Sampling: often about 7–12 days after specs and artwork are clear, plus courier
• Bulk production: confirmed on the proforma (volume, materials, packaging)
• Transit: express air, air freight or ocean—depends on destination and cost target

Documents buyers commonly request

• Commercial invoice and packing list
• Packing details for customs
• Material or test reports when your retailer or market requires them
